Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a decent stay overall, thanks to the kind staff and the prime location in Madrid. However, the cleanliness was quite disappointing, as my room had hair from previous guests and the shared bathrooms were dirty despite daily cleaning. The kitchen facilities were limited, which made it hard to prepare meals. Still, it was nice to have a friendly atmosphere, making up for some of the shortcomings.
I had a really mixed experience at this hostel in Madrid. On one hand, the location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything and close to shops and bars. The staff was quite helpful too when I needed assistance. However, there were concerns with the cleanliness, particularly with the showers, and my check-in process was frustratingly slow. Overall, while it has great potential, improvements are definitely needed.
This hostel has its ups and downs. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, giving us a great map of the area and recommendations. However, the overall atmosphere felt worn down and unclean, with limited bathroom facilities. While the breakfast was included, it didn't appeal to us enough to wake up for it most mornings. Overall, it's not a place I'd choose to stay at again.
My stay at the hostel was quite disappointing. I had a rough check-in experience that lasted way too long, and the state of hygiene was unacceptable. On the positive side, the location is great, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful. However, the dirty conditions and the terrible breakfast really brought down my experience.
